Chalanam – Celebrating the Art of Movement

Chalanam – Celebrating the Art of Movement

About the show

What does a 3,000-year-old South Asian classical dance have in common with the grounding pulse of Afro-Brazilian rhythm or the haunting strings of an Irish cello? They all speak the same language: Movement. On August 30th, 2026, step into a world where ancient heritage meets modern rhythm at Chalanam 2026—Ireland’s premier, free-flowing movement arts festival featuring a spectacular lineup of global and local artists!
