About the event

A flat, fast & scenic 5k course in Sean Moore Park. 5 minute jog from registration.

Registration from 6.30pm, Race Start 7.30pm (close to Poolbeg Nature Reserve). Race open to both BHAA and non-BHAA members.

This 5K race at Sean Moore Park goes out and back along the Poolbeg peninsula. The course is mostly flat so it could be an opportunity for a personal best.

Refreshments for all afterwards at Irishtown Stadium. There will be the usual entertaining quiz afterwards open to all participants. Prizes will include DCC concessions to amenities, on street and off street and parking.
