What to expect
Introduction to Fungi, Wild Mushroom hunt & synopsis, taste, mushroom soup & scones, or herbal teas and treats. You will learn how to safely identify several edible wild mushrooms and the poisonous ones to avoid.
How to sustainably forage, the four different types of mushrooms, and the symbiotic relationships with plants, trees and decaying matter. What you need, a bottle of water, small backpack, dress for the weather. We provide knives, baskets, and follow up photos. Keep an eye on our website and socials for upcoming courses and events.
