About the event
Every element of Graham's menu has been thoughtfully created to showcase exceptional local and Irish food and the amazing people who produce it, while drawing inspiration from the traditions, flavours and folklore of the Samhain season. Throughout the afternoon, Graham will share the stories behind the ingredients, explore the history and rituals of afternoon tea, and celebrate the timeless connection between food, place and community.
Set within one of Ireland's finest Georgian country houses, the renowned Headfort House will welcome us to the beautifully restored “Robert Adam Eating Parlour”, the only surviving dining room of its kind in Ireland.
