Slí na Samhlaíochta is a one-off live performance that brings together spoken word, music, and visual art in an exploration of the concept of Tír na nÓg through the work of Manchán Magan.
Alongside recordings of Manchán Magan's work, this special event features an outstanding lineup of Irish artists, including Lisa O’Neill, Liam Ó Maonlaí, Crash Ensemble, Colm Mac Con Iomaire, Méabh McKenna, Myles O’Reilly, Branwen Kavanagh, Neil Ó Lochlainn and Ultan O’Brien under the musical direction of Simon O’Reilly.
At the heart of the performance are Manchán Magan’s evocative words, guiding the audience on a lyrical and musical journey into Gaelic consciousness exploring myth, mystery, the Otherworld, and the richness of the Irish language.
The performance will be further enhanced by a stunning visual backdrop from visual artist Crosby Dunkley, creating an immersive and multi-sensory experience.
