Dublin Province Youth Awards - Scouting Ireland -
Date: Thu 22 Oct
Location: Royal Dublin Society, Dublin

The Nevo Electric Vehicle Show 2026 is coming to RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin on Saturday, 7 and Sunday, 8 November 2026. Ireland’s largest motor show will bring together the latest electric cars, plug-in hybrids, charging technology and expert advice across two full days.
Held in partnership with Bank of Ireland, the 2026 show will be the biggest Nevo EV Show to date. Visitors can explore more than 140 electric models from 36 automotive brands, meet leading EV and energy suppliers, watch exclusive vehicle launches and test-drive some of the newest electric cars available in Ireland.
Admission is free, but advance registration is required.
Discover more than 140 electric vehicles
The Nevo Electric Vehicle Show gives visitors an opportunity to compare electric vehicles from many of the world’s leading manufacturers in one place.
The displays will cover a wide range of models, including affordable city cars, family vehicles, luxury electric SUVs, high-performance cars and commercial vehicles. Visitors will also be able to explore plug-in hybrid and pre-owned electric vehicle options.
Whether you are planning to buy an electric car soon or simply want to understand what is available, the show offers a convenient way to compare designs, features and technology without travelling between multiple dealerships.
See exclusive electric vehicle launches
Several new electric vehicles will make their Irish public debuts during the weekend.
Leapmotor, the show’s official vehicle launch partner, is expected to unveil two new models: the B05 electric city car and the B03X electric SUV.
The ESB Live EV Demonstration Area will also feature a different electric vehicle on stage every hour. Hosted by EV expert Derek Reilly, these demonstrations will provide a closer look at new models, important features and emerging electric vehicle technology.
Test-drive the latest electric cars
Visitors who want to experience an electric car from behind the wheel can take part in the new Myenergi Driving Experience.
A selection of around 30 of the latest electric vehicle models will be available for test drives. Driving slots must be booked separately and are expected to be popular, so visitors interested in taking part should reserve a place in advance.
The test-drive experience is particularly useful for anyone wondering how an EV feels to drive or whether an electric model would suit their daily routine.
Get clear answers about switching to an EV
Buying an electric vehicle can raise questions about range, battery life, charging and running costs. The Nevo x Bank of Ireland Meet the Experts Lounge has been created to help visitors get practical answers.
Live question-and-answer sessions and expert discussions will cover topics such as:
The sessions are suitable for people beginning their EV research as well as current electric car owners who want to learn more.
Explore home charging and renewable energy
The show is not limited to cars. Leading charging, energy and mobility companies will be available to discuss home chargers, public charging, solar panels, battery storage and other technology connected with electric transport.
Visitors can speak directly with providers, compare charging solutions and learn what may be required to install an EV charger at home. E-bikes and other forms of electric mobility will also be represented.

The Nevo Electric Vehicle Show is designed for both experienced EV drivers and people who are only beginning to consider making the switch.
