Renowned artist and art director, Jim Fitzpatrick, and author, musician and commentator, Eamon Carr, will talk to social historian, author and podcaster, Donal Fallon, about their friendship with Philip, his early days and creative emergence in the rapidly changing landscape of mid to late Sixties Dublin.
Jim Fitzpatrick is best known as the original creator of the 1968 Che Guevara poster, iconic Thin Lizzy album covers and Celtic Irish art. He was a close friend and associate of Philip Lynott.
Eamon Carr is a writer, musician, art historian, and founding member of the pioneering Irish folk-rock band, Horslips.
Donal Fallon is an author and social historian Who produces the much-loved Dublin history podcast, Three Castles Burning.
Curator Fachtna O’Ceallaigh is a veteran manager of artists such as Sinead O’Connor, Boomtown Rats, Bananarama, Donal Lunny, Clannad to name a few, sometime producer (Leslie Winer), and Dublin GAA supporter.
