About the event


Walkinstown Library is introducing quiet time on Monday nights from 7pm to 8pm in our children's library. 

During that time, we will create a calm and quiet environment in our children's library.  Sensory toys will be available, as will ear defenders, if needed.  Our sensory Cubbie will be available to use. Lighting will be dimmed, phones will be turned off, people will be encourage to keep their voices down and take mobile calls outside. We will be prioritising customers with extra sensory needs.
