The Future is Open celebrates the 20th anniversary of Solstice Arts Centre with an expansive group exhibition bringing together leading contemporary Irish artists. The Future is Open celebrates the 20th anniversary of Solstice Arts Centre with an expansive group exhibition bringing together leading contemporary Irish artists. Exploring space, time and future realities, the show spans photography, film, sculpture and painting, engaging with ideas of the cosmos, AI, climate futures and human experience. Drawing on both ancient and technological modes of understanding, the exhibition considers how we imagine what lies ahead. Featuring works by Bassam Issa Al-Sabah, Willie Doherty, Isabel Nolan and many more, it is accompanied by a dedicated film programme.
