Tribute to Irish Legends: Rory Gallagher - Deuce and Thin Lizzy - Shades Of Lizzy
About the show
Following a wonderful reception at their inaugural shows together in 2026, two dedicated Irish tribute acts are returning to The Sound House on February 13th, 2027. This upcoming night celebrates the music of Rory Gallagher and Thin Lizzy alongside the fans who keep their legacies alive.
Deuce – A Tribute to Rory Gallagher
Deuce focuses on capturing the honest fire, soul, and energy of Rory Gallagher’s legendary catalog. Having played to great crowds across Europe, the band has built a reputation for sincere performances and deep respect for Rory’s blues-rock legacy. Following memorable shows in Italy and the Netherlands, Deuce looks forward to bringing that same passion and musicianship back to Dublin to share these timeless songs with the audience once again.
Shades of Lizzy – A Tribute to Thin Lizzy
Shades of Lizzy aims to recreate the unmistakable swagger, harmonies, and brilliant songwriting of Thin Lizzy with precision and care. Having had the privilege of playing respected stages like Vicar Street, the band works hard to deliver the high-energy celebration Phil Lynott’s music deserves. From the roaring anthems of “The Boys Are Back in Town” to deeper fan favorites, they bring a heartfelt presence that honors one of Ireland’s greatest rock bands.
