Join C’mere Til I Tell Ye for an evening of wine, cheese and curious conversation with Kevin Sheridan of Sheridans Cheesemongers and Enrico Fantasia of Grape Circus at The Fumbally Stables on Thursday 12 November 2026.

What makes a cheese taste the way it does? How do grapes become wine? And why do some pairings work so well together?

Taste specially selected wines alongside farmhouse cheeses and accompaniments as Kevin and Enrico guide you through the flavours, the makers and the stories behind them. Along the way, we’ll explore a little of the science at work, from fermentation to the way we experience taste.

Expect good food, good wine and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Whether you know your way around a cheese counter or simply enjoy a glass of wine, come ready to taste, ask questions and discover something new.
