Overview

Chapter & Vines – A Dublin Literary Salon, Books & Author Experiences

Tucked away in Dublin 12, Chapter & Vines is a welcoming independent literary salon bringing books, creativity and community together.

More than a traditional bookshop, Chapter & Vines is a space where readers, authors and creative people can connect, discover new stories and enjoy experiences centred around a shared love of literature.

Our intimate literary salon hosts a growing programme of experiences, including:

* Silent Reading Evenings – Relax, switch off and enjoy uninterrupted reading time in a cosy, book-filled setting.

* Poetry Nights – Discover spoken words, personal stories and the creativity of local voices.

* Author Events – Opportunities to meet writers, discover their work and celebrate storytelling.

* Creative Workshops – Book-inspired activities and hands-on experiences.

* Bookish Gatherings – Small, welcoming events bringing people together through reading.

We are especially passionate about increasing visibility for Irish authors and independent writers, while welcoming readers and creatives from all backgrounds.

Alongside our physical salon, our online Reading Room allows readers to keep track of the books they’ve read, discover their next great read and become part of our growing literary community.

Whether you’re visiting alone, meeting friends or looking for something a little different to do in Dublin, Chapter & Vines offers a warm, relaxed alternative to the usual day or evening out.
