Overview

Built in 1747 for Archbishop Charles Cobbe by architect James Gibbs, Newbridge House is a remarkable example of Georgian elegance and historical continuity. It opened to the public in 1986. The interior showcases collections of period furniture and artwork, while the Museum of Curiosities offers a glimpse into 18th century life.

Newbridge House & Farm also host lively seasonal events, from Halloween and Christmas celebrations to the Flavours of Fingal Fair. The working farm provides a delightful experience for all ages, with ponies, piglets, goats and more. Newbridge House & Farm is just 30 minutes from Dublin City centre or a short walk from Donabate train station.

Newbridge House and Farm is set in 370 acres of wildflower meadows & consists of a Georgian mansion with all its original furnishings, a 30 acre 18th cen farm of rare breeds, a state of the art adventure playground, and woodland walks.

Discover over 300 years of Irish history on a guided tour of Newbridge House, head outside meet the animals on our interactive Farmyard Discovery Trail, explore on of the many walks across the Demense, visit the deer park, enjoy a picnic on the grass, let the kids loose in the state-of-the-art playground, and lots more…!

Farm Shop and Coach House Cafe open daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm

April 1st to September 30th
