Lá na Cruite 2026 | Harp Day at TSEAC
Date: Sat 17 Oct
Location: The Séamus Ennis Arts Centre, Naul

Anything But Silent is Outhouse's Culture Night programme — a night of storytelling, queer history, film and unexpected connections across the Centre's three floors, exploring the many ways LGBTQ+ people make themselves heard. Everything is free and there's no need to book.
Unrecorded — Red Room, from 6pm. An intimate evening of live storytelling, with a new story beginning every half hour. Storytellers include Alice Linehan, Bob Gallagher and Bláithín de Burca. Irish Sign Language interpretation is provided throughout.
Words They Couldn't Erase — Outhouse Library, from 5pm. A history of queer voices that have been censored, challenged or deliberately erased, and the ways those voices survived, drawn from the Outhouse collection.
Letters to a Stranger — Theatre, from 5pm. A participatory exchange: leave a few words for someone you may never meet, and take away what a stranger left you.
Skin to Skin Talks — Theatre, 5pm to 10pm. A 12-minute short film by visual artist and activist Pradeep Mahadeshwar, playing as a video installation loop. Drawing on his experience as a queer person of colour and migrant in Ireland, it explores alienation, otherness and sexual racism through abstract imagery and spoken prose.
