About the film

Bog Communism refers to an indigenous form of resistance to tech imperialism through land rights, looking specifically at how this relates to the reconceptualisation of wastelands. After writing an essay on this for eco-socialist journal The Breakdown the article was widely shared and I was commissioned to make a film on the subject by CCA Warsaw.
