About the show

Following a sold-out run at Galway International Arts Festival 2026

"When beautiful worlds collide"

Mo (the Scottish one) and Realtín (the Irish one) party, play and blaze their way through the Edinburgh student dream.

Set in Glasgow a couple of years later, For Dolores is about friendship, motherhood and coming to terms with your worst mistakes, from the writer of The KerrymanMy Name is Saoirse, Mustard, Maz & Bricks and Chicken and, and director Jim Culleton, whose productions for Fishamble have won Olivier, The Stage, Scotsman Fringe First, and Irish Times Best Director awards.

Like twin stars in obsessive orbit, it's a friendship, a rivalry and an adventure. Risk is a delicious pleasure: until it all explodes in the blink of an eye. How far will they go for love?

For Dolores will premiere at Galway International Arts Festival from 14-18 July 2026. Find out more at giaf.ie
