Music in Swift’s Dublin: A Lunchtime Concert with the Irish Baroque Orchestra

About the show

Step back into the musical world of Jonathan Swift with a special lunchtime performance by musicians from the Irish Baroque Orchestra, presented as part of Dublin City Libraries’ Swift 300 programme.

Marking 300 years since the publication of Gulliver’s Travels, this intimate concert will explore music associated with the period in which Swift lived and worked, offering audiences a flavour of the sounds of eighteenth-century Dublin and Ireland.

Join us in the Music Library for this unique opportunity to enjoy live Baroque music in a relaxed lunchtime setting and discover another side to the world of one of Dublin’s most famous writers.
