Philo is a powerful and darkly funny play by Peter Sheridan, brought to life by the outstanding performances of Neilí Conroy and Niamh McGrath. Based on a “real person”, it follows the story of Philo — a resilient, sharp-tongued Dubliner who has endured a lifetime of hardship but refuses to give up when her family’s future is on the line.
