What to expect

Take two hours out to slow down, switch off and give yourself some proper time to rest before the madness of the Christmas season begins.

This Restorative Reset will combine restorative yoga, calming breath practices, deep relaxation and plenty of stillness. Having a full two hours gives your body and mind the time they need to properly unwind, helping to calm racing thoughts, release built-up tension, restore a sense of balance and support deeper, more restful sleep.

Restorative yoga is slow, gentle and deeply relaxing. Using props to fully support the body, poses are held for several minutes, allowing you to soften and settle without effort. This can help soothe the nervous system, ease physical tension, quieten a busy mind and create the conditions for deep rest and recovery.

This session is open to everyone: men and women, complete beginners and experienced yogis alike. You don’t need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience to benefit. It’s especially lovely if you’re feeling tired, stressed, overstretched, struggling to switch off or sleep well, or simply craving a couple of hours to reset.

Come as you are, slow everything down for a while, and leave feeling calmer, more rested, refreshed and ready for whatever comes next.
