When the dead bodies of mutilated livestock are discovered near a rural Korean village,word spreads that a tiger has been spotted in the nearby hills. While the local police chief anda group of hunters separately race to capture the animal, it quickly becomes apparent that this is not a tiger, but something more mysterious and much more dangerous.
