EMMELINE TURLEY brings jazz-tinged alternative pop from Co. Wexford, often stripped back to just voice and piano. A Cork Jazz Festival performer with credits stretching to Montréal, Emmeline is the recipient of the Dónal Gleeson Award and the Quercus College Scholarship, and took home the UCC Music Society Singer-Songwriter Competition in 2025. She's currently producing her debut concept EP, due out in early 2027.
DANNY CARROLL is a Dublin-based songwriter whose 2024 debut album I Am The Cheese turned heads nationally — named among RTÉ's overlooked albums of the year, praised by the Irish Times for its well-rounded songwriting, and led by single "Golden Hour," ranked one of the year's best unsigned releases by Far Out. Fresh off shows with The High Llamas and Hamish Hawk, Danny is currently recording his sophomore record.
MAXINE GALLAGHER writes haunting, minimalist folk-pop shaped by Irish tradition and songwriters like Joan Baez and Fiona Apple. A finalist in the Unisong, UK Songwriting, and Tipperary Song for Peace contests, Maxine also writes lyrics for musical theatre, and the Irish Times has praised the intriguing ideas woven through her hushed, minimal sound.
DARREN CONCANNON was a founding member of A Band Called Wanda, the Galway folk-rock quartet who built a strong live reputation through UK and Irish touring, high-profile supports with David Gray, Stornoway and The Coronas, and a selection as sole Irish finalists in Glastonbury's Emerging Talent competition. Since then, he's continued writing prolifically on his own, and brings that same restless, melodic folk-rock instinct to this show.
