About the film
The Wicklow Stories Film Festival returns to the Whale Theatre in Greystones on Friday, 13 November 2026, celebrating filmmaking, storytelling and the landscapes of County Wicklow.
Established in 2022, this annual independent short film festival showcases films with a strong connection to Wicklow, whether through their filming locations, filmmakers or stories. The live screenings bring film fans, emerging talent and industry professionals together to discover a diverse selection of short films, each under 22 minutes.
Now in its fifth year, the festival offers a great opportunity to experience local creativity on the big screen and discover Wicklow through the eyes of filmmakers.
