Dartry Park
Overview
Dartry Park is a green space in Dartry, south Dublin, with the River Dodder running through it. It has a soccer pitch and is part of the Dodder Greenway, the walking and cycling route along the river.
It is a good starting point for a riverside walk towards Milltown or Rathfarnham.
Walks
Paths follow the River Dodder through the park, and you can carry on along the greenway in either direction. Downstream, Dodder Park and the Dropping Well open space continue the riverside walk towards Milltown.
Getting there
Dartry Park is off Orwell Road and Dartry Road, Dublin 6, between Rathgar and Milltown. The Milltown Luas stop (Green Line) is about 15 minutes' walk away. See our guide to the River Dodder for more walks, and Bushy Park is a short distance upstream.
