Saturday and Sunday, June 25th and 26th the Mother Pride Block Party is back with a bang for a full weekend of celebrations! After three years without a Pride party, we’ve pulled out all the stops and we’re throwing a full weekend long queer city centre festival!
With performances across the weekend from Brazilian superstar Anitta, the incredible Rina Sawayama, queer ICON Peaches, electro-pop sensation Le Boom, choice nominee and mother fave Elaine Mai, Ru Pauls Drag Race UK VS The World winner Blu Hydrangea, Jodie Harsh, the Mother DJs, Panti Bliss and an absolute ton of local queer talent and allies.
We’ll have shows from Sing Along Social, our infamous Drag Aerobics, stunning drag from Victoria Secret, Davina Devine, Veda, Pixie Woo, Paul Ryder, Regina George and the queens from SIS, Haus of W.I.G. & Disco Utopia alongside sets from some of our fave DJs including Kelly-Anne Byrne, Tara Kumar, Claire Beck, Conor Behan, Stephen Dowling, DJ RÍ with lots more to be announced.
Returning to the historic grounds of the National Museum of Ireland,Collins Barracks, and in conjunction with our friends at Absolut, Whiteclaw and Heineken – we cannot wait to swing open those 300-year-old gates and flood the festival venue with inclusivity, joy and pride. We are installing two stages, lots of lovely bars, super tasty food stalls, activations, art installations, some new areas and much more (not to mention a few fabulous surprises thrown in!)
