What happens on the Day?

Check In
As you arrive at our reception, you will follow Santa’s footsteps at reception to our check-in desk. Our jolly little elves will be there to greet you, and once you are checked in, the magic starts, you’ll be entertained with laughter and joy in our magical waiting area until it's time to hop aboard the famous Rathwood Santa Train.

Magical Train Ride
Chug-chug! Off you go on a breathtaking journey through Rathwood’s festive forest, where you'll catch a glimpse of Santa's magnificent reindeer! The train will lead you to the sparkling Big Top, where a world of delights awaits.

Spectacular Musical Show
Feel the warmth and excitement as you settle into your seats and now, brace yourselves for the grand spectacle crafted by the incredible Spotlight Productions, the team behind The Late Late Toy Show with Santa, Mrs Claus and all the elves.

Toy Factory Meet-Up
After the show, a surprise awaits you at our exciting Toy Factory, each child will receive a special present lovingly prepared by Santa's elves. Then it’s on to our New Santa experience, where each family will get to meet the main man himself Santa Claus.
