Dublin Winter Lights

Dublin Winter Lights at Merrion Square is an addition to Dublin Winter Lights.

This historic urban park transforms into a magical winter walk with lighting, projection, live characters, and interactive elements to delight the entire family.

Hundreds of LED lights will shine bright through the trees and across the grass of the park. The 15m high Christmas tree in the heart of the park will be fully projected with magical images. Oscar Wilde will recite some of his famous works, visitors will be able to push through a virtual snowstorm, and you may even see some dancing penguins through the trees.

Finish the journey with a warm hot chocolate before exploring the other lighting installations around the city.

Entry via Merrion Square West.

All proceeds raised will be donated towards the building of a mobile sensory room that will be made available at future Dublin City Council events.
